New and Old Roofs
Academy Roofing are experienced in working on new and old roofs. Whatever the requirements of the project our highly skilled tradesmen will provide a professional look and finish to every job undertaken.

Slate Roofing
Academy Roofing specialise in slate roofing and all our slate roofs are guaranteed for at least 10 years. We can provide a wide variety of slates to suit taste and budget to create a striking, weatherproof and long lasting roof.

If possible we will reuse the original slates particularly if they have slipped because of nail fatigue. We will match in new slates sourced from reclamation yards or find the modern day equivalent.

Tile Roofing
Academy Roofing can work with many different types of tiles to create a highly professional finish whether re-roofing or working on new builds. We work with handmade tiles to mass produced interlocking concrete tiles. We have the experience to handle any job or material required.

Leadwork
Academy Roofing work in the traditional way to ensure the seamless integration of any new lead line with any existing work still in-situ and viable. This method ensures that all work carried out is waterproof and secure.

Ridging
In many older properties the ridge can become loose due to the deterioration of the mortar over a number of years. Academy Roofing will carefully remove existing tiles to see if they can be reused. They will be cleaned up and re-laid on a new mortar bed or replacement ones will be used if appropriate.

Chimney Repair or Demolition
Academy Roofing rebuild, restore or remove chimney stacks. We have the experience to carry out any repairs required such as re-pointing, capping or pot replacement to the highest standards.

Pitched Roofs
Academy Roofing have 30 years of experience of working on pitched roofs that ensures that your roof is in safe hands with us.

Flat Roofs
Academy Roofing are very experienced in laying bitumen felt roofs and build up the roof in layers before applying professional finishes such as mineral felt or reflective or rubberised coatings. All of our flat roofs are guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years.

Fascias
Academy Roofing can supply and fit a wide variety of fascias in different colours and finishes. We also fit fascias in wood or UPVC and UPVC cladding depending on the customer requirement.

Soffits
Academy Roofing can supply and fit a wide variety of soffits in different colours and finishes to bridge the gap between the outer wall and the edge of the roof. In some cases these can be virtually maintenance free once fitted. They can also improve the finish of the property.

Guttering
Academy Roofing can fit or repair a wide variety of guttering whether it is constructed from traditional materials to modern UPVC systems.

Scaffolding
Academy Roofing can arrange for any necessary scaffolding to be erected by a reputable firm on your behalf before work commences.
